IPC Global, the market leader in easy-to-use advanced cyclic testing systems for asphalt and pavement materials, is pleased to announce the launch of the unique TSRSTplus, Thermal Asphalt Multi-Test System.  TSRSTplus allows you to perform low temperature tests on up to three specimens simultaneously to AASHTO and EN Standard in one compact, modular, easy to use machine.  This fully integrated system provides the user with exceptional results at a cost effective price.

Built around both AASHTO TP10-93 and EN Standard 12697-46 the TSRSTplus performs all test methods beyond the standards requirements.  The TSRSTplus comes ready to test TSRST C Thermal Stress Restrained Specimen Test, UTST C Uniaxial Tension Stress Test, TCT C Tensile Creep Test and RT C Relaxation Test.  The fully integrated system allows engineers to accurately perform tests to characterise the resistance of asphalt mixtures to low-temperature cracking.  The results can assist in pavement design and structural analysis to reduce thermal cracking and improve the life cycle performance of asphalt pavements. 

TSRSTplus is the only commercially available low temperature uniaxial testing machine with three test stations.  The ability to test up to three asphalt variants simultaneously under the exact same temperature ramp conditions ensures that your test results are meaningful whilst saving your laboratory's valuable time and resources.

IPC Global’s TSRSTplus uses a high quality mechanical refrigeration system to economically cool the chamber down to -40°C.

TSRSTplus uses innovative servo-pneumatic actuator configuration coupled with special application high performance servo valves to achieve perfect performance, reliability and accuracy.  The TSRSTplus provides users with a cost effective solution compared to similar servo-hydraulic UTM systems.
