In order to reinforce the promotion of products and the improvement of technical service, Mr. Nelson, the business director of B&T, visited IPC Global in Melbourne Australia. B&T is appreciated for the achievement during the year of 2009, especially the leapfrog development during this year. The chairman of IPC also said that the whole group of PIC will continue supporting the business activities of B&T as before.

IPC Global established in 1981, as the positive result of effort for 20 years, it has became a world famous supplier of excellent test system for road materials. Many of the manufactures of PIC have reached international advanced level and used in over 50 countries all over the world. Nowadays China has become one of the most important markets of IPC, especially for the product of UTM series, which have over 30 users in China. Mr. Nelson also exchanged the feedback from the users of IPC productions.

As a positive result, both side of IPC and B&T reached an agreement in further cooperation.
